TTC After Birth Control
Did you recently -- or some time ago -- come off birth control to TTC? What birth control were you using? Have your periods/cycles returned to your normal? Are you waiting a few months, or trying right away?

Everything seems normal so why aren't I preggo???

Hi,

I am new to this but hoping for some advice/encouragement. I came off the pill 6-7 months ago and have been diligently TTC ever since. I had been on it for over 10 years. I got a normal period the first month of being off the pill and I have continued to have normal periods with a cycle of 28-31 days. I have had a positive OPK every month, and I've just begun charting my BBT. Seems normal even though I am a slow riser. So why aren't I pregnant yet? I'm young and since everything seems normal I feel like this should be easy, but it's getting frustrating. My mom had fertility problems and I'm so worried I'm going to end up following in her footsteps. I'd appreciate any feedback or if people could share their experiences that would be great. Also, how long should I wait before seeing a doc?

One more thing....I had a LEEP about 5ish years ago. Could this be part of my problem???
