No category for Menopause here but I am now classed as 'post menopausal' - just 4 weeks short of my 60th birthday! What a long haul!!! Had my last period a year ago. I reckon I was in perimeno for about 15 years!! :D NOW I will tackle weight loss because there's a lot went on in the past decade and a lot to lose! Wish me luck!
