Could I be pregnant?

We ttc at several times in the days before I was expecting to ovulate. I normally get ovulation cramps and didn't feel them this month. At 4-5dpo, I had a few hours of painful PMS-like cramps. Then they went away and I haven't had any cramps since. Since 4-5dpo, my breasts have been sore, heavy and sensitive. I've also been feeling very flush/feverish. I'm currently at 5 days before my period. This morning, I had very faint brn/pink color discharge when i went to the bathroom.
Am I looking into this too much? or could I be pregnant?
