So Long Period Stains
Who hasn't had a period stain or two along the way? From undies to fav jeans, period stains can be a royal pain. But happily they're often non-fatal and can be mostly/completley removed.

What period stain removal strategies have you tried and what works best for you?

Oxyclean, liquid DialSoap, COLD water, Peroxide if colorfast

I agree I us Oxyclean, but it isn't as activated unless you first get it going with hot water to start the proper chemical reaction. Then wait maybe 5 minutes for it to cool and fill rest of container/sink whatever you use (I have a small bucket I use so I can let them soak as much as I want) with cold water while adding whatever is soiled. Don't add soiled into the hot it will set the stain a bit. Peroxide is good if you have white underwear or colorfast (mine are not they are black cotton). Also if it's a fresh wet stain I save my old toothbrushes for cleaning and I have found that cold water and liquid Dial soap works very well also.
