TTC For 4 Months

So my Husband and I have been TTC for about 4 months now. Maybe 5? Not sure. Anyways, the first day of my last period was October 31 which was a day early. I have been diagnosed with endo but have not had surgery. So, based on my last period I am now 5 days late. I have been having these little twinges of pain in my lower right and left side and also having pains in the left and right lower sides of my back. The ones in my back actually kinda take my breath away. Weird? I think so. Should I test? I don't want to be disappointed AGAIN! Also, I have an 18 month old girl, with her I had sore breasts and no AF. No symptoms this time. Just tired.
