Condom use decreases HPV infection risk, but is not guaranteed protection (only abstinence is).
The more sexual partners you have the more likely you are to get HPV.
Your immune system helps to get rid of HPV, and you can boost it by not smoking,
making sure to take a vitamin, get sleep and eat well and stay healthy.
