How do I track my pregnancy weight changes?

It's simple to keep track of your pregnancy weight gain throughout your entire pregnancy using MyMonthlyCycles free pregnancy calendar.

To track your pregnancy weight, go to the pregnancy calendar. Use either Today's Weight (top of pregnancy calendar); Or, click the Edit link in the pregnancy calendar for the date you want to track.

If you prefer to track your weight in Kilograms, use My Preferences to change the Weight Unit from Pounds to Kilograms.

To chart your weight, use the Pregnancy Weight and Symptom Chart, available from the Pregnancy Tools menu.
