Conception Frustrations?

If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

TTC Fustration

Im 28 and have been with my husband for 10 years. We have been offically trying ttc for 13 months, however have had unprotected IC for over 3 years, as due to the removal of my large intestine, meant i could no longer take the pill. I have been to the doctors who has referred me to a specialist whihc has a waiting list of 5 months.
I am so fustrated that it hasn;t happen yet, when i see everyone around me getting pregnant at the drop of a hat.

I am taking all the vitamins recommended for TCC, Omega3, Preconception, Evening primrose, Raspberry/ Green Tea and also trying Dong Quai which is a herbal medicine for hormone balancing. I've given up smoking and drinking and avoid foods recommended E.g Pate. Both my husband and i eat properly and are fit and healthy

I chart my period and ovulation and know exactly when i am ovulating and when my period is due, which is always to the day. i have never had an irregular period or been pregnant.

I really cant see what else i can do?

TTC, and I don't know how it's going!

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year. We got pregnant 3 times, but each time ended in miscarriage. Frustration beyond belief, right? So, we stopped "trying", and just opted to enjoy ourselves. Well, now I'm 23 days late. I had some pink colored discharge a few days ago, which I thought was my period arriving, but that wasn't it. I also have all of the other classic period symptoms: irritability, cramping, tender breasts, gas (lol). I've taken about 10 pregnancy tests - all at different stages of lateness, all different brands, all negative. I'm tempted to go to the doc, but terrified of what the answer will be, either way, ya know? I don't want him to say the tests were wrong, and then start bleeding a week from now. But I also don't want to hear again, "No, you're not pregnant." I'm so...argh! I just want to have another baby (I already have a 7 year old girl, so I KNOW I can do it!).

Frustrated Mama

My husband and I are TTC since March 2008, I went off of my birth control at that point and have been having problems getting regular again. I used to be regular having a period every month at the same time and now my periods are spread out differently, I have gone from 28 days to 30 days then 40 days and now I am on day 47 and no sign of flow. I have tested 2 times and each have come out negative. So I am really getting frustrated with it.

I have read that coming off the BC Yazmine ( The BC I was on) can make you infertal for up to a year after coming off the pill. If I would have known that I would have never taken them. Just a word of advice to all.... do your research, dont just take what the doctor gives you! I learned the hard way. :(

I have been praying for a little girl... my son needs a little sister!

Desperate

I am 37 years old and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 12 years. I have never been pregnant. I am desperate my biological clock is ticking quite rapidly i am not getting any younger. I feel so empty inside like something or rather someone is missing. I see so many women or young girls getting pregnant and it's always the same it was an accident we weren't even trying to get pregnant it just happened. So why can't it just happen to me.

TTC since December w/ Endometriosis

My boyfriend and I have been TTC since Dececmber and still no luck. Both his sister-in-laws and my brothers girl friend all became pregnant around the time my boyfreind and I decided to try and knowing that their pregnancy's were unplanned made me feel like it's just not ment for me to be a mom. I was diagnosed with endo about three years ago and also had a laproscapy a little over a year ago because I had a cyst on my right ovary but my doctor told me that I was in stage I and that everything looked good. We know that the endo might be whats taking so long for us to concieve but also we've heared that in stage I it should take about 12 months to conceive. I've tried many different things to help us try to conceive a bit quicker but we haven't had much luck. My periods are normal and I know when I'm ovulating and I do ovulate every month we're just now sure what it can be beside the endo.

why everyone else?

My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 6-7 months now and nothing has happened. As we have been trying lots of our friends and relatives have ended up pregnant -accidentally- as they say. It's upsetting when you are they couple trying and everyone else is pregnant whenever we go somewhere everyone is talking about baby things and names they have picked out. One couple knows the situation with us and when they found out they were expecting they actually asked us when we were going to get pregnant.. I am also an only child and my mother is constantly asking me when we are going to have a baby. The pressure from my family is not helping.
