I don't like my period!

Feminine protection not so protective!

The thing I hate the most about my period is constantly having to run to the bathroom to change tampons! It's like every hour and a half on superplus absorbency! The next worse thing is how long it lasts, sometimes ten days! I've had an IUD for five and a half years now, and I think that might have something to do with it. That's about the time it started being like that. Anybody have an opinion on that?

I don't like my period!

NOT AT 40 PLEASE

i hate everything about my period. the cramps, the mood swings(especially). why do we have them after 40. i think once you become sterile, i think they should automatically stop(lol). they spoil everything for you and it always seems to come at the wrong time. i hate it when it comes twice in one month like mine is right now:{I HATE THEM. I HATE THEM.

I don't like my period!

Uuurgh

Definately hate the cramps. And the fact that no matter what protection I use, pad, two pads, tampon and pads, I still somehow manage to leak onto my clothes. :(

I don't like my period!

The total opposite of pleasant!!!

Its everything....especially the sweating, nausea, shaking, camps, and bloating ...lets not forget the dizziness ALL on the first day. I look as if someone beat me up and I'm in so much pain I can't stand up straight. It seems to be getting worse these past couple of periods...i'm not a fan!

I don't like my period!

Tea that helps with AF

I hate my periods... ugh! The cramps, bloating, breast swelling and tenderness, cravings, mood swings.. it's pure hell. My periods are unpredictable. They can last up to two weeks or as "magically" appers. My cramps are the worst of it. As soon as AF comes, it all over with. I'm laid up in bed for that entire week tossing and turning from the pain. I've tried everything I could think of (OTC pain meds, persciription pain meds, heat wraps, heating pads, hot baths.. you name it and I've tried it.). I just heard about this herbal tea so I though... "Why not, I'll give it a try." and guess what?! So far it's been working. It's called "Yogi Tea Woman's Don Quai Tonic". It's supposed to help with low energy, imbalanced hormones, cramps, bloating... practically all the horrible things we have to go through each time AF arrives. My cramps are still there but they are tolerable now and I am actually able to function. The bloating isn't as severe eaither nor is the breast swelling and tenderness. I don't know about the regulating of the periods yet but I am being optimistic. If you are having these problems give it a try. So far I am pleasently surprized. You can get 16 tea bags for about $4.00. I bought two boxes and it was only $14.57 after tax and shipping.

I've tried practically everything and so far this is the only thing that has worked.
