Menstrual Cramps Be Gone!!

I have found that certain types of tea tend to provide some relief. The more effective teas are homemade. I use ginger and sweeten it to my liking. Another cramp relieving tea is rosehip & hibiscus flowers, which is somewhat hard to find sometimes but is mostly found at Whole Food Stores. If those items don't work Aleve is my best friend during the day and Tylenol PM at night! Those thermacare pads are very useful too especially for cramps and lower back pain in my case.

Tylenol GoTabs

I tend to use Tylenol GoTabs they're chewable spearimint flavored and work really fast. If those don't work I turn to the good ol' heating pad.

I use Aleve

I use Aleve and it works good most of the time. But there are times when I have to use a heating pad. I tried the medicines for cramp relief and have found that they dont work as well as Aleve for me.

Advil is your friend.

When I'm cramping, it's Ibuprofen all the way! I am not a fan of pain medication at all, but I pop that stuff like candy during the first couple days of my period.
