How do I deal with Cramps

I take Calcium & Evening Primrose Oil. Works like a charm & it isn't chemical going in your body. I've done it for a long time.

Hot water bottle/tylenol

I use tylenol and hot water bottle. I can get some really bad cramps but if I take the tylenol right as they start and than the water bottle off and on it really helps.

Wrap a hot towel

When your cramps are real bad make yourself a hot towel, wrap the hot towel and place the heat where the pain is.

Moving, Moving, Moving

The best thing for me is a good hard workout.

Running, walking, yoga, aerobics, swimming... any of the above.

LOTS of water, and comfortable clothing!

Aleve, Aleve, Aleve!!

Aleve is my best friend during my cycles. I drink plenty of hot tea which keeps you going to the bathroom to get the clots out faster. Also I'll use a heating pad, and place it on my stomach. It really helps my menstrual cramps.
