When Did You Decide Baby Names?
At what point did you select the name that you actually gave your baby? Before you were pregnant, during pregnancy, after delivery?

My husband and I picked out 5 girls names and 5 boys names when we started trying for #1.

Names picked before TTC
My DH and I are about to start TTC but have had names picked out for a while. We knew before we were married that we both wanted children. We both want a boy and girl and have names picked out for both. Just in case we have two boy or two girls, we have second names picked out as well.

Talk about being prepared
My fiance and I have talked about wanting kids for a couple of years now. We plan on starting a family a few years after we get married. The funny thing is that his sister just had a baby boy and while she was pregnant, we came up with one boys name and 2 girls names. I know this sounds silly, but I'm so glad that we have them picked out because when it comes to that time, we already have one thing decided. We are still trying to figure out another boys name, but with no such luck. I hope we don't twin boys the first time around. Did I mention twins run in his family...lol

Naomi.. no Wait!! Gabriel
I was in my senior year of high school when i found out i was six weeks pregnant.-That was nearly 7 years ago! but i remember it as if it were yesterday..I went for my ultrasound at 5 months, at that point they told me it was a girl.. so i went out to buy all the girly things and had name picked out Naomi Joi.. next ultrasound, i was eight months along and low and behold it was a boy!!! my jaw dropped.. lol i had to return all the girl things and took me almost 3 weeks to pick out a boy name. My sister thought, "why not gabriel" so gabriel it was. and on december 21st 2001 i had my 6 pound 3 oz Gabriel!

Genesis or Armani
My husband and I have been married over a year now and still no child. Working with children I tend to plan out all I want for my future bundle(I can't help it after working with them for over 4 years). We decided that we were not going to find out the sex of our first child since we waited so long we still wanted a little surprise for everyone. Knowing this we have already picked out both a boy and a girl name: Genesis and Armani. I guess now its time to start planning for baby?! :-)
