I'm Pregnant!

When you found out you were pregnant, how long did you wait until you told dad-to-be? How did you tell him and was he the first person you told? Did everyone react as you expected?

I'm Pregnant!

Maybe Baby?

Well i'm 2 days late! I took a test in the morning.... the results? IM PREGNANT!!!! I did not expect this at all! The first person I told.. the daddy. Even though he wants me to keep it, I don't think i will be able to take care of it because i'm in the middle of my career and school. Later on i told my 2 best friends.... one of them had an abortion done and she regrets it everyday, actually tomorrow will be 2 years since she went and got it done... she tells me that it will be a joy to have and everything will turn alright.. my other friend got pregnant and she decided to keep her baby... i was with her today and her baby.. she is gorgeous, just seeing her made me happy! I'm so confused that I dont know what i really want to do....

I'm Pregnant!

Total Shocker

I was in my sophomore year of college when the news camre to me as a shocker. Iwent in the bathroom, took the test, waited ofr the results and then slowly slid to the florr in disbelief. I can say now that I actually cried for a long time. Picked myself up off the floor, told my two friends that were waiting on me and the results. I was reassured that things would be fine. To bad my baby's father wasn't around to experinece the whole thing( thats his lost!!) Family wasn't happy about it either but I got through it. Have a beautiful daughter now and happy that she warms everyones heart!

I'm Pregnant!

father knew right away

My husband (boyfriend at the time) took the test together and it was positive. I was scared at first but happy to have a child. We then called his mother and sister to let them know. We did wait a couple of weeks to tell my parents due to them being somwhat more conservative. We then decided to push our wedding date up so we could be married when the little man came and now everything is perfect.

I'm Pregnant!

YEAH!! Just found out we are PREGO!!

So, my husband and I have only been married for 4 months and we just found out we are PREGNANT!! I am over the moon! I was told about 4 years I have PCOS and it was going to take some time for me to get pregnant, so my husband and I really never thought we would so soon after getting married!!!
I went to my DM and she did a urine test and it came back BFP!!! so just for good meaures and I am really scared, we went and bought 2 more and all BFP! We are only 7 weeks, so we are trying to think postive. We told the parents and some close friends, but other than that we are keeping a tight lip.
Please pray all goes well.

I'm Pregnant!

The pee didn't have time to dry!

I told him as I was taking the test!
On Feb. 8, 2005, my period was not quite 2 weeks late, but this isn't a big deal as I have long periods anyway. On Jan. 26, 2005, I had an outpatient surgery and the nurse tested me for pregnancy, and the result was negative. So all of the symptoms ? swollen, tender breasts, increased irritation, increased urination from the start, a feeling of being bloated ? I attributed to a really bad case of PMS. I also remember that I love coffee and suddenly I was feeling an aversion to it, and I also got this sense of peacefulness sometimes during a stressful moment, which still seems really weird to me. But anyway, a girl I knew from work told me that I could be pregnant when I told her how stressed I was feeling and my period was late. I kept telling her I was not pregnant because of the negative test, and she urged me to test again from home. I finally told her I would just to prove to her that I wasn't pregnant LOL. So on Feb. 8, I drove to our local Wal-Mart to get an oil change in our car and to do some shopping before my husband showed up in his truck to take me home. I picked up an Equate pregnancy test. We drove home and I did the test, and the control line didn't show up at all!! But in the test line area, there was a pink smudge. It made me really suspicious, and my husband said later that he knew after the first test that I had to be pregnant. So when my husband and I went back to get my car, I got a First Response pregnancy test 2-pack and we took it home to test. I went to the bathroom and immediately there was a pink line in the test area. My husband came in and looked at it as soon as the pink line was visible. The next morning I took the second test, and got a positive, and rounded out the testing by going to my OB/GYN for a third test, which was of course positive.
