I'm Pregnant!

When you found out you were pregnant, how long did you wait until you told dad-to-be? How did you tell him and was he the first person you told? Did everyone react as you expected?

I'm Pregnant!

1st month TTC and BFP at 9dpo.. Whoop Whoop!!!

Sorry its long..

So I tested at 8dpo using FMU and it was a BFN but I was not disappointed as I knew the wait was not over until witch showed up. Anyway I decided to test again the next morning and What was that.. A faint line or me being crazy.. Soooo I did another one and Yep there was a super faint line again.. Still not convinced I did another one in the afternoon and a darker super faint line.. I am a POAS-holic.. I was still not convinced so I did another one the next morning first thing and it was sure enough a faint BFP but more clear that I went into my partner still in bed and shoved it in his face.. He said BFN then he saw the line in the light.

Again I did another one using a cheap super market test and that to was a faint BFP.. lol.. Yes so many tests but thats not it.. This morning I used a digital test and it read ''Pregnant 1-2''.. I am shocked. Our first month trying and we did it.. But even though I am so happy I am so scared as I have a 10 month old daughter and I know its going to be hard. My son is 6 so he is no bother at all.. I keep crying on and off with joy and fear lol.. I have not told anybody yet as I am only due AF this Thursday and it is early days.

Best of Luck to all the ladies out there and lots of Baby dust. xx

I am very excited, yet more anxious and scared. As a few of you know, I have had a few very recent miscarriages and really hoping this is it!! Either way I am excited to have another chance at a H&H 9 months.

Thank you everyone for your support! I really think this is going to be the sticky one :-)
Good Luck to all of you Ladies TTC and those pregnant mammas too :-)

BFP!!!! Yay! Now, how to surprise my hubby????! :o)

Hi Ladies! I have posted a lot lately with wonderful feedback from you all! So here I go again! :o)
This time I am very excited to say I got BFP this morning. Well, a very faint one, but it was there. So Excited!!!

Anyhow, my husband is away (he has been away when I have found out I was pregnant now 3 times...both of my little ones and this one!). He probably knows, at least I know he suspects, because we have been talking about all these crazy symptoms I've been having. But even so, I would love to surprise him when he gets home. And I am looking for any ideas!
I've read about wrapping up the pregnancy test and read about putting a bun in the oven. And honestly...I want to do something original and a little more fun! So I will be spending the day trying to think of something. If you think of anything please feel free to share. I'd love to hear any ideas!!
Thanks so much!
Much baby dust to all of you for a successful month too! :o)

I'm Pregnant!

Just got 2 BFPs! When to tell everyone?

I'm pregnant! I'm amazed. We'd only been trying for 4 months. This cycle I'd had a horrid chest infection so was in bed on and off for a couple of weeks, so even though we'd BDed before that, i thought my chances were low.

I've been having cramping but no AF, so this morning I did test and it was positive!

Couldn't believe it.

Went out and bought another test.

ALSO POSITIVE!

I've just told my partner. He doesn't want to tell anyone until I'm at least 8 weeks. I'm bursting to tell, cos my partner's reaction wasn't jumping up and down joy - more like silent acceptance. Guess I want someone I can jump up and down with!

Should I keep mum (LOL) or sneakily tell a close friend or my mum just to share my excitement?

Don't want to betray my partner. I know so much can go wrong in first 12 weeks. His view is if we tell people and then I miscarry we'll then have to tell them all that, which would be horrible I agree.

Any words of wisdom ladies?

EJ-no longer TTC!

I'm Pregnant!

6 negative pregnancy tests, the 7th positive

I did 6 very very cheap tests and all of them came out negative, so I was feeling pretty down and diappointed again. I still hadnt see AF so thought I would try a better quality test. The funny thing was I'd had 4 dreams the previous week that my tests were positive. So i did the test and left it in the bathroom and went back to it later and was sooooooooooooo suprised to see two pink lines. I still didnt believe it so i brought the clear blue digital test and it came up with a BFP. I called my husband straight away and he was so very very happy, we both are. We can finally add to our family YAH
