period pain relief

I use a microwavable heat pack on my back and a hot (and I mean HOT!!) water bottle on my belly and curl up in bed after taking 2 Nurofen > then when the pain calms down a little a hot shower and a cup of tea <3

I have found that Naproxen or any product with that name works. As well as trying to relax. The shower works wonders and so does the heat. Also try light to moderate exercise. Stretching helps also.I know it sounds crazy, but it does work. Hope the cramping goes away and also eat pasta, it's a comfort food.:)

Heat, heat and more heat

I take a couple of liquid gel Advils and curl up with the heating pad. A hot shower helps too but usually the cramps come back within an hour so either I use my heating pad or hot water bottle.
